On the box, I remember it said something 64MT and my CPU has 2 MB cache.

What's the 64MT thing? Does it mean it supports 64-Bit and that I can install Windows XP 64-Bit on it?

P4P-T/J (Prescott) Pentium 4E 90nm 2.8-3.8 GHz. 1.25-1.40V is what Sandra says in the description
 
Yeah but just stick with 32 bit xp for now, try 64 bit when vista comes out.
