question about mounting

when i put in the little holders (sorry, i really can't recall the name of it) that hold the screws into the case, i accidentally added one extra. of course, i didn't realize this until later, after i had already mounted the motherboard and screwed in the screws. i was just wondering, will that little holder underneath the motherboard cause any trouble if i don't remove it? thanks.
 
consider putting the mobo over the metal, and plotting them out before you put any screws in. i think i did something like that before....nearly snapped my mobo in 2 trying to get the ram in....

i have an excuse tho!!!

the computer case config was weird!!...there were no places for the other stand off....and i'm not [H]ard enough to drill and tap one out...

but it works
