Question about modding Aero

G'morning all,

If there is no program maximized to the desktop, the task bar in Vista is slightly transparent.

As soon as any program is maximized, the task bar turns black (or whatever color).

Is there any way to make it so that the task bar stays translucent even if a program is maximized?

This program fixes that -- works well, and doesn't do anything else, which is nice.
