Question about MBM5

I use MBM5 to monitor temps, voltages, etc. Why does it tell me that my CPU is always colder than my CASE...is this possible or do I have some bug with my mobo and the program??? i have tried uninstalling and reinstalling MBM several times and I know i configured it correctly through the wizard. if it helps here are some specs on my comp:

Biostar M7NCD Pro V1.1
AMD Athlon XP 1800+
XP Home SP2

right now MBM5 shows my CPU at 29 C and my CASE at 35 C

any help would be appreciated...thanks

Keep in mind that many motherboards are pretty bad at accurately reporting temperatures; it is quite possible that yours is one also.

Well my CPU is a whole 15degrees celcius colder than my case, I think for some reason yours could be colder cause fo the heatsink and thermal paste on it to keep it cold.

Or your sensors are just reversed. Having your CPU 15 degrees higher than your case temp makes more sense.

This is probably the case. Do a test. Run something cpu intensive and keep an eye on the temps. The one that goes up is your cpu temp.
