Question about Intel T2400 Core Duo

Girlfriend has a laptop with a T2400 Core Duo. CPUID shows it has 2 cores with a 2 MB cache. I can not access the 2nd core or even see 2 CPU Usage windows in Task Manager. The computer does not seem to slow.

In the device manager it shows 2 cores. Is this normal?
 
UPDATED: It was just the viewing options in Task Manager. Please Close this Thread.
