I was woundering if someone made an image disc from an install to put on different computers do you install it the same way as a regular fresh install?

Question about installing windows with image disc

What kind of imaging program are you talking about? Ghost or other programs like that? If so, restoring from an image backup to the same or another computer is very different from loading windows initially.

yea its something like that after programs have been installed and drivers and all that, to be installed on identical computers
I'm not sure what it is you're asking. When you image the drive to an identical computer, it will boot right up. If you are rolling out an image to a bunch of identical computer, you could use Sysprep to have it assign new network names to each one, so there are no conflicts.
