Wanted to get these to improve my cable management and had some questions.

Are these cables much better to keep neat? Seems like they bend easier and take up less space but I never worked with them so I need to know if its worth it

Second is I have an enermax maxrevo and cables specifically for it are hard to find. Found a company called moddiy which seems like they can make them but dunno if I can trust them any advice on where to buy

Thanks in advance :)

Individually sleeved cables actually take up more space than regularly sleeved cables (sleeving around sets of cables instead of each cable). They're primarily used for aesthetic purposes, and is actually no different from unsleeved cables from a cable management point of view.

If you want easier cables for cable management, you should be looking at ribbon-style cables. Otherwise, regularly sleeved cables are much better for cable management.

My cabling in a small case is kind of cramped with the big rounded cable, wouldn't individually sleeved cables be easier to fold?

They are easier to fold but the addition of sleeves adds a lot to the general bulk of the cable. If you want neat and tidy your best bet is to custom cut the cables to fit the case.

This.

If you want easier to fold, then you should opt for no sleeving whatsoever, removing as much bulk as possible.
