If I hook up my xbox to the dell 2007wps, is there a way to get sound through my computer speakers or do I need that little sound bar accessory that they sell? Somebody enlighten me please.

Also, what is the name of that cable that I need to connect xbox to the vga port?

Sorry if I sound like a total n00b......cuz I am.

Thanks

To hear your Xbox through your Computer speakers, you can get an dual rca to 3.5mm adapter similar to the one pictured below. Plug your xbox to the red and white end, and plug the speakers in the green end.

I just have a creative sound card and klipsch promedia 2.1 speakers. I wonder if i'll be able to get that kind of set up working.

Thanks anyway.
