As long as they're not getting in the way of air flow, or they're bare wires. and if bent fins are bad? Click to expand... If they affect air flow, I guess. Sounds like its motherboard controlled, or you're using a Fanmate. Either change the settings (program, or BIOS), or remove the Fanmate/turn it up.
