(Graphics card newb alert) I recently got a GTX 670 for a early birthday gift after a buddy pointed me to http://www.videocardbenchmark.net/high_end_gpus.html showing the 670 on top, loving it so far, but I notice some oddities in my games, I got the EVGA Precision X tool that lets you see your frames per second, now in certain games like Fable 3, my graphics have to be tweaked weirdly to allow it to hit 60 FPS (Friend told me the game is badly optimized so I chocked it to that) recently however, I started playing Just Cause 2, and noticed that while -really- smooth, I sat at about 50% GPU usage, 50 degrees celsius, and a near constant and unbudging 30 frames per second. The card is on stock clocks (Too worried to overclock) and I set the "Frames per second target" in precision X to "60" I see people claiming to get 60FPS in almost EVERY GAME.. why can't I?
