question about fan

ok i just bought a thermaltake ISCG fan

for my h50 radiator. (just trying out diff fans) i installed it the correct way i wanted it according to the arrows (as an exhaust) but when i turn it on, it feels like the air is being blow into the case because i can feel more air going into the case than leaving. is it possible the arrows are facing the incorect way, or does the fan not generate enough pressure?
 
Flip it and see if theres more air blowing after you flip it, then theres not enough pressure.
 
Just wanted to point out that most people get much better results with the air blowing into the case, not out of it. In fact, it's what corsair recommends. That way you get cool air blowing over your radiator instead of air that has gotten warm inside of your case.

With that said, just taking a look at the fan blades and the direction that they spin should tell you which way the air is blowing.
 
yea i know but with my case ive only found a 2-3C difference between blowing in and out and id rather keep the normal flow of air =).
