question about fan controllers...

i am getting an aerogate II fan controller, but question first.
the controller has 4 fan controllers on it. however, i have a cpu fan, two intakes, two exhausts, and a blowhole that i want to control. would it be possible to hook the two intakes up to one control, same with the exhausts?
 
You're probably ok hooking up two fans to one control. The real question is whether the fan controller can dissipate the power created when it is handling two fans on one channel instead of one. The other thing you'll want to know is that if you put two fans on one channel, you'll only be able to monitor the RPM on one of them. Both of them will have their speed adjusted, but only one will be monitored.
 
What you want to check if the max wattage of the two fans combined. Yes, it can be done but if you're using fans rated higher than the controller will take you'll overheat the controller. You could mod better heat sinks to the controller I suppose.
