question about cooling

I assume u don't have a fan next to the video card on the case blowing right at the video card? It did alot for me. Especially after i changed it to a tornado. But of course if u don't have a fan on the side then yes that card should help.
 
can you give me a link to the tornado fan card? i might buy the nv silencer 5 but i dont want to mess with taking the heatsink off cuz i dont want to void the warranty. its very difficult for me to get 400 bucks back working fast food and all.
