I was on Antecs site looking and computer cases and one of the cases said it was 3 ghz compatible. Now does that mean you can only put a processor 3ghz or slower in the case or what?

No, with proper cooling, any processor can be put in that case. It's an utterly meaningless reference that you should ignore.

well first you gotta understand the physics of it, at 3ghz would mean that it's beginning to breach the light barrier. now, as we all understand, einstein's theory of relativity states that as an object moves faster towards the speed of light, the time it's in slows down. thus, in order to keep the whole of the time space continum in harmony, the object needs to stay in cohesion, otherwise the whole mess flies apart and the whole universe has gone to shit.

luckily however, antec makes the only cases able to withstand it, so we're all gonna be alright. :)
