Question about burn in progs...

Hey. I've used some burn in progs before, like sandra, 3d mark, and just recently memtest. I'm looking to see if there's a program that not only burns in your proc and/or your mem (and possibly video card) but can also record and display the rise in temp.
Or would you be better off just getting one that loads gpu and/or proc and recording the temps in an external program, say mbm?
I'm looking into ocing my proc and once that's stable, the gpu. After that i'm going to get some new cooling and thermal paste stuff to see the difference in loads. Is there a program out there that'll load a dual proc?
