In the BFG website says the requirements for psu is A minimum 400W system power supply (with 12V current rating of 20A or more). I have 400W psu but I have +12v=/19A will that be enough ?

Its a Hipro brand name
Im running a MSI Neo2 Plat with AMD 64 3500+ A x800pro,cdrom,cdburner and a harddrive 15gb yea i no :/ Floppy disk 2
btw my pc never crash froze or anything.

Mine is plugged into a 4 year old Enlight 420w with 18amps on the 12v rail. You should be fine. It seems to me the card doesn't draw enough juice to be an issue unless your ps has shown itself to be weak already.
