Question about AMD64 939 Box version.

So, im waiting for my A64 3500+ (939) and want to know if the heatsink that comes with the Box version have a thermal pad or if grease comes with it ?

Also, im gonna use AS5 but if the Box heatsink comes with thermal pad, would it void any warranty removing that pad ?

Anyone have links to pics of a boxed A64, some review of some sort where you see the box being opened and whats inside the box ?

Btw, the box heatsink would be ok, im not gonna OC so im not getting another heatsink.
 
it comes with a pad and removing the pad wouldn't void the warranty

i'll get a pic of everything that came with my 3800+, the 3500+ will have all the same stuff.
