question about Amd Phenom II 940 temp

i am wondering why i cannot get the temp. reading on coretemp, hardware monitor and speedfan.

the only way i can get the temp. reading is from AMD Overdrive.
 
i want to know if i put 2x1GB and 2x2GB memory on all 4 slot. ( 2x1GB DDR2-800) and (2x2GB DDR2-1066)

can i still overclock my AMD Phenom II 940 to 3.5 Ghz? or not?

right now i am oced my cpu to 3.2Ghz at 52 full loaded (1.33 cpu vcore)
