Just a quick question, im going to use Abit IC7-max3 board and the guide calls for ddr400, can i use faster ram such as 466 or something? I heard this from somebody and i wanna know if this is true, thanks in advance.
 
Yes. Boards only advertise up to PC3200 because no processor on the market runs stock at any higher. That board will run as high as your proc and mem will let you go.
