Question about 2500+ Mobile

Alright, so i bought a 2500+ Mobile, and my motherboard doesnt support 1.45vcore
so its running at 1.5v...

the only way i can get it down to 1.45 is to use the software that coems with the motherboard...but it messes up when i reboot...

is it safe to run it at 1.5 v till i let the artic silver settle?

cause i do plan to over-clock

I have my 2500+ mobile running at 2.5ghz with 1.75v core and it has been over a year at that speed with crappy white silicon paste. 1.5v is neglibible.

The AS thermal paste may take some Curing time however, but I dont know anything about that. I would say dont worry about it much.

Don't worry about it at all. Mobiles are just higher end barton chips. ie they can run at the same speeds, but at lower voltages. Which means that a mobeil barton can handle up to the stock voltage of a normal barton, and even further. THere are many ppl out there running mobiles @ 1.6, 1.7, 1.8. Even 1.9 (although that's pushing it). As long as your temps aren't too high, you will be ok.
