Has anyone heard any rumors about something along these lines being in the works? I've heard "unlock the pipes" rumours, but nothing about this- hoping for the softmod, but with 16 good pipes in the GT it would probably be safe to flash back and forth...
I haven't seen any benches for Specviewperf for the GT either... would be interesting to compare with Quadro benches. If I hit lotto, I'd consider buying the Quadro 512mb card and flashing with ultra bios to see what happens.
 
i know you can use a hack in the current driver set to softmod your 5xxx series to a quadro, dunno about the 6xxx series. have to check on that. but the new driver release will fix this expliot.
