I am just finishing deciding on the key parts of a ryzen build & just waiting for Ryzen5 chips to enter the UK supply chain.
MSI and other motherboard manufacturers have released bios updates pertaining to RAM timings and OPcode issues BUT also "Ryzen5 support"
Does this put new builds in a chicken and the egg situation?
Will I be able to build up the hardware side of things and boot to update the BIOS (via just usb?) Before starting an OS install (Gentoo Linux in this case)
