If anyone here has ever used Quanta http://quanta.sourceforge.net/ on linux you know how awsome it is. Is it possible to run it on windows?

easier to just run a dual boot
cygwin is "limited" considerably

I've tryed Cygwin and VMWare costs $$...any free alternatives or windows editors that are similar to Quanta?
