When I start QW my screen doesn't take up the whole screen(the top and left side you can see the desk top)

Its not windowed, it just full screen and not taking up the whole screen desk top:(

It did it on my 7950GX2 and my new 8800GT

Nvidia driver 169.25

Help me out
 
Have you checked that full screen option is checked in the game settings? This happened to me once when I updated the gpu driver. Hasn't happened again
