Is there an IGPs that someone can confirm as capable of running Quake Live @ 120fps & 1600x1200 any settings. last computer ill ever need!

It's not rendered Server-side.


That being said, I'd assume any of the nvidia based IGPs or x4500+ with a core 2 should be able to handle it.
 
Second that, I think that one is your best bet, If i have time i'll test for you when my Core i5 arrives
