Quake Dedicated Server

I was just wondering how do I go about setting up a Quake1 dedicated server. Not Quake2 or 3. Old skool Quake1.

I know I can setup a listen server. But I dont want that. I want to be able to have the server up without having to be in it.
Thanks any help would be greatly appreciated!

(yes i have tried searching on google with no luck)
