Every time I play Quake 4 I play for a short time my comp dies completely. I ran ITE Smartguardian after playing for 5 mins and found that the CPU was at 50oC and the PWM IC was at 53oC...

I don't know much about it but I'm guessing that's pretty high. Is that high and is that the most likely cause?

If so what should I do to keep the temp down?

Thanks in advance...

50c is pretty cool, make sure you don't have bad RAM, PSU, no spyware etc.
