Quadro Problem..?

I have a quadro 750... and I was wondering why the S- Video out has what looks like three small dots in addition to the bigger hole, instead of the 4 dots and the big hole? It looks like a triangle.. is this how s video is supposed to look?


I thought it was supposed to look like this:

If so.. then waht could be wrong?

I also checked the s-video plug in for my laptop and it seems to have extra holes... so now im confused..

I have a quadro fx 1000, and i understand your confusion. That is actually a connector for stereo glasses, not s-video.

oh, and the likely reason your laptop s-video has extra pins: it probably also carries coax spdif/composite video. my old dell uses this dongle to adapt:
