I just build a q6600 cooled with Tuniq tower in Antec 900 case. I love it, I can overclock to 3.150GHz at default volt and up to 3.6GHz at 1.36volt

at stock, it idles at core0:42c, other core 35c. at idle, the Tuniq fan runs at 400RPM
my room AC is around 80F (or 27C).

is the temp too high?

not really the qcore and dcore cpus run hot my e6600 runs hot at like 40c when my roms 30c

temps arent bad, what about the other 2 cores. My water cooled qx6700 running 3.4 @ 1.4vs idles 33-36 and loads mid40's on pa120.3 @ 22C ambient. Just dont see the need to push it.
