I am really looking forward to quad-core with the qx6700. The only thing is that I'm worried sff won't be an option anymore.

Is the heat going to be that much of a problem?

Do you think any matx boards will ever support it?

If no board will support it, does anyone want to mod a microfly for me.

WHy would you a mod a microfly? Temps are the same as any single or dual core CPU. Im sure the 965 chipset will support them later on when the time comes.

I was thinking if I couldn't get a good matx board, I would try that atx microfly mod. But now that gigabyte just announced the new bios support, I think I should be fine. Thanks for letting me know about the heat being fine.

You can get the Iwill sff that support two dual core processor, so it isn't impossible. I don't know if they overheat or not, but I've not heard of any.
