hey guys i need some basic help, my question is im running an ecs 945gct-m/1333 its an intel 945 chipset based board and ive got a q6600 in it. problem is when i start it, i get nothing, no screen, nothing. however if i pull the ram it beeps. if i pull the cpu and the ram, it wont beep. guess the question is can i run a quad on an intel 945 based system?
 
yeah i had that feeling. it seems that it shouldnt matter but i guess so. oh well guess ill trade it for a duo, its just for a hackintosh anyway
