HI

I like this forum site cuz its easy to use and fast to get help.

So i need some help or info on this mouse. I have a sudden attack mouse from steelseries
and this remind me of the shape beside this one looks bigger in a clumsy way, but maybe its even better to hold on..and i know there its a expensive mouse and there is a 5k version cheaper but i like the led colors and it seems like the software also improved alot.

Can anyone verify this mouse for a good handheld mouse ?
and i dont even know this brand..are they good or bad ?

I have a 5K which I love, needed a replacement for my G5 after they got discontinued and didn't like the G500, the 5K has been mostly good for me. My first suddenly stopped tracking after a year or so, RMA was painless. Replacement started double-clicking when single-clicking but was out of warranty. I bought another second-hand and that's still fine. Reliability queries aside I love it, love the shape and the way it works. One thing I don't like is that it's impossible to clean - over time mine has developed shiny patches where my fingers rest, which I can't seem to clean off. It's not like it's worn the surface down, it's just natural skin oil/sweat etc, but the surface of the mouse just seems to be hard to clean. Not sure if the 8K is the same or not, this is the first time I've heard of it but I'm now interested so will be eyeing this up as a potential replacement for my 5K if/when it dies.

Not sure if this helps you out at all but at least it's another Qpad mouse owner's experience :)

Hmm i have the problem with my sudden attack mouse from steelseries..it is also shaped like this hand form and i also have this shiny/oil look on the sides were my fingers are mostly..and yes its hard to keep clean..but i think most mouse has this "wear out coating" unless you get a track ball :D

I just ordered the mouse so i will return here and tell you to buy one :D

Recieved this mouse today and it feels great to hold on.And the bottons are very reactive compared to sudden attack model. It also feel a littel bit smooth or soap like to hold around but i guess cuz its new and my hand need to adapt :) The software looks simple created or has this windows 8 template setup but it does what it must do and works fine.

I like the mouse..now i will take it for a real spin with some gaming
