Lets qualify what you're talking about. To my knowledge, there are power cables and there are DVI cables. They are not the same thing.
If you have Qnix display with a DVI port, any DVI-D cable should be fine but if you can tell us what model you have we can be more accurate.

DVI cables are still available pretty much everywhere. For power you just need a +12V 5A AC/DC power adapter.
From experience it's very hard to source a power adapter for these early Korean monitors. I went down that road and must have tried 5-7 ones that all claimed to be compatible but none worked. In the end I threw the perfectly fine monitor away because I could not locate a compatible power brick for it.
