By the looks of the background in that pic, I'm skeptical of the "works" written on the IHS.

Smoking deal when you see that IVY-E 4960x's go for $400+ LOL
 
Which is a dumb price considering the even better unlocked 8 core Ivy E5 1680V2 costs less.
 
I'm skeptical of buying anything from someone with 0 feedback, but especially so when they're from another country.

That is lunacy. I had to look it up for myself, completely bonkers seeing 4960x selling for more than a 6 core ryzen processor and motherboard combo that would smoke it. And agreed on the 1680v2 for $200(ish) that is the one sensible upgrade for a socket 2011 / non-v3 system.
