im building a new HTPC and was curious how much power would i need to run my setup without any issues.

motherboard: zotac 9300 ITX WiFi
processor: Q9550
ram: 4gb ddr2 800 corsair
optical drive: sony slotload bluray drive (5v)
harddrive: seagate 7200 notebook drive

If you'll be using integrated graphics then any quality >=300W PSU will be enough.
