Q9550 E0 VS Q9650

Trying to make up my mind on which to put in my new build (a new system that I hope will last a long time!)! Other than 6% faster clock, are there any other differences between the E0 version of Q9550 and a Q9650? Right now given the best price I can find on each it's $179 more for the Q9650. I understand the 9650 will overclock a bit more but exacly how much more are we talking about with a "simple" overclock (i.e. nothing fancy)? Which would you get and why?
 
Assuming you can find an e0 9550, the difference probably isnt worth the extra cost unless you are shooting for rediculous overclocks. The thing about the 9650 is that it ONLY comes in e0 flavor, so you arent rolling the dice as to which revision you get. Heck i'm still using my q6600 :p
 
Ya it was the exact same situation for me when I choose to upgrade to my E8500. The E8600 and E0 E8500 and E8400 were out as well but finding one was unlikely. I decided that the extra money on the E8600 was not even near worth it since people were already getting insane overclocks on the E8500. So I got the E8500 and it turned out to be a C0 which was disappointing but it still rocks socks on my rig.
 
Aside from the higher multiplier, and by extension clock speed, there's no difference between the E0 Q9550 and the Q9650.
 
I can do that 4.0GHz on my Q9550 but it runs a little hot for my taste so I keep it at 3.825GHz.
