Does anyone know what temps are considered within range for the Q9450? What are the "Acceptable" voltage as well?

I am OC'ing my Q9450 and dont want to push too hard, but I cannot seem to find this info readily available - or maybe I am not lookin gin the right areas.

Currently I am running 1.34v @ peak temp of 60c under sustained load, 40c idle/minimal use. However this is only core 0 & 1, core 2 & 3 seem to remain around 49c under load, 34c idle.

Thanks for any help you can give.

I think the general consensus for 45nm is "keep it at 1.4V or lower for everyday use".

Your temps look good, are those with Real Temp / Core Temp or some other program?

Yea, your fine. voltage wise, stay under 1.4v, and temps under 70c.

2 of my cores run hotter then my other 2 under idle as well.

Thanks for the feedback - these are temps from Hardware Monitor. Yes, I use my PC almost 24/7 (I work and play on the same PC) so thanks for the 24/7 comment - it helps know my limits.
