q9300 temp question

Should I be concerned with my q9300 at 3.0 ghz idling around 40c in realtemp and 55 to 58 under prime95 in an Antec 182 case with a Xigmatech 1283 and AS5? Running at stock 2.5ghz only seems to drop it a couple degrees. Maybe I just got spoiled with the temps on my e6750 at 3.2. It never went above 45 as I recall. I'm fairly new to overclocking so just tell me te relax if I need to. Oh, this is all at 1.2125 vcore and ambient room temp of 68 to 75 degrees dependin on time of day.
