My setup:
Corsair 700D
Corsair AX1200
Asus P5N-D
Q6700 G0
Corsair H50
PNY DDR2-800 2x2GB

I would like to push this cpu harder but i know the memory is going to be the bottleneck. Im thinking of bumping the FSB to 300 or 333 to start with and going from there. Any suggestions or comments?

well the short answer is to lock the RAM down and up your FSB till the OC fails then start upping the volts (vcore, NB etc) to get higher FSB.

however to do it right look at this thread;

graysky has pretty much got you covered in far more detail than i could ever have the patients for typing out a long 'how-to' thread.
