I'm wondering if there's something wrong with my censors, or temperature measuring.

Bios says my CPU is idle at 25c.

Speedfan says CPU 19c (gotta add 15, that makes 34c for CPU)

Core 1: 12c

Core 2: 9c

Core 3: 5c

Core 4: 10c

Adding 15c to each that makes 27, 24, 20, 25

This is in Vista.

Doesn't this seem very low? Of course I am happy with low, I just am worried it's not correct and that I don't really know what the temperature is.

I'm running the stock cooler at stock speeds.

My CPU is Go stepping.

Temperature in room is 15-20.

Case is Cooler Master Stacker 831, loaded with fans.

EDIT: I just read something about software, including bios, have problems accurately measuring temperatures for go stepping CPU's? Might that be the problem?

Seems about normal... Maybe a bit low.

About 25c cores in a 15c room at stock speeds with C1EST on...

But make sure you have the latest BIOS and Speedfan. Get Coretemp and Intel TAT and see what those say.

Alright, latest bios update says: Revise Conroe G0 stepping CPU temp. offset value

How much is the offset value, anyone know?

if your ambient temperature is 15C, your temperature is very reasonable. Also, download CoreTemp and post a screenshot of it.

Your temps are fine, I idle right about the same now that it's getting to fall weather.
