turn off c1e halt state and turn off spread spectrum, disable execute disable bit, disable speedstep. Set multi manually to 9x.
Did you set the muliplier to 6 yourself, or if that your Board auto doing it?
What specifically is your problem other than that? You really didn't say much in your post.
Oh, I see, set your FSB TO RAM, 1 to 1. That is make your RAM speed twice the [Value] X 9
For example.
Set your CPU back to stock Speeds.
thats is [266]X9
So your memory will be running at [266] x 2
Up to 2.8 Ghz and Stable with no voltage increase. I think I'll leave it here for now.

HUH?.......not even close...![]()
Coretemp 0.95.4
The newest one.
Btw, you want to set your timmings to 5-5-5-15, and only set them to 4-4-4-12 after you have found the max stable overclock.
Your not close if you did not notice the 2:3 ratio for his Ram.
The only part I was wrong about, was assumming that he already disabled those CMOS settings.
Not to mention that fact that I, and then you, missed those horrid timming.
Should start at 5-5-5-15, then goto 4-4-4-12 after final clock is reached. (Only if stable of course)
I just assumed he was running his ram unlinked......
I run my ram @ 400 but my FSB @ 300...
so my divider shows 3/4
but yeah, those timings need to go..![]()
