Q6600 Low superpi

I think my superpi scores are quite low for what its at, I just need your opinion if its suppose to be at such.

My q6600 scores around 19-20's @3.3GHZ 8x415 (SUPERPI 1M)
(on Sisandra, my MIPS was 54k and 39k for MFLOPS)

Mem is 2x2GB running 5-5-5-15

I've seen E6300 runnning at 3GHZ at 15 secs

and at PCSTATs, their STOCK 2.4ghz E6600 runs superpi at 21 secs.

Can someone suggest something to fix this?

You can't compare HyperPI results to regular Super PI results. When you run 4 threads of Super PI simultaneously, your times go up. Go directly into the Hyper PI folder and find SuperPI mod and run that by itself if you want to compare your Super PI results to what others typically publish in reviews and when comparing e-penis size.
