Q6600 high temps

Hi i just got my new pc Q6600 with artic freezer pro 7 as my cooler with artic silver 5 for my thermal paste my temps are 47-49c idle are these temps normal? Also whats the highest temp my quad should run at.
 
70-71' c according to intel. my air cooled q66's idle at around 40'c and peak at 60-62'c with zalman 9700's.
 
With my B3 Q6600 at 3.3 Ghz using a Tuniq Tower 120 on a normal day with low 70’s(F) ambient temperature I’m seeing idle temperatures of about 45-48c and load temperatures of about 65-70c. I’m using the auto voltage option on my Gigabyte P35-DS3R, CPU-Z showing 1.376 at idle and 1.328 under load. I took this CPU up to the mid 80’s(C) using sub-standard coolers (stock, then a mini-typhoon which was only slightly better) on a fairly regular basis for a few weeks before I got my tuniq-tower 120 and it ran fine and was stable though it still made me nervous. All temperatures were measured using coretemp using 100c TjMax.
 
I have a Q6600 B3 stepping with just a tuniq 120 tower. I overclock it to 3.3Ghz and I get 35c-40c Idle.45c Load. I hardly ever see it 50c, but I'm afraid that this summer I will see such high temps.
 
Ok i went into bios my DS3l is giving 1.3125 for Vcore temp is that normal???? i got a Tuiq tower it lowered my temps a little i guss to like 40c idle.
 
10 degrees cooler? Not quite that extreme of a diffrence. More like 3-5 degrees, 7 tops with everything else being equal.
