65nm chips can be run above 1.4 volts without problems.. I'd say the 1.35 is just printed there to help Intel out with people trying to RMA chips and use warranty for less then honest reasons.

They will, however be so warm that it's unlikely anything other then water or an extremely loud ultra 120 extreme setup could cool them. My ultra 120 extreme is just enough for 3.6 GHZ at 1.3 volts fully loaded with both it and the IHS lapped, granted my fans are not loud though. :)

what Mobo are you using ?
I am having a hard time hitting 3.6 w/ mine even at +1.425v... I started a thread about this here.

I have a lapped TRUE, but I didn't lap the IHS.
