Q6600 B3 Cpu Cooler question

Ok I just finished getting this Cpu Q6600 B3 i have a Q6600 already but it is the GO stepping and from what i hear the Q6600 B3 runs hotter then the chip i have now so my question is will the
Tuniq Tower-LFB be able to mount on either of these boards right at the moment i have a Thermalright Ultra 90 with a 92 mm fan on it and is on the Asus PHW DH Deluxe
but i picked up a ASUS P5N32-E SLI Motherboard and the Q6600 B3 for it

I will be turning the Asus PHW DH Deluxe board and cpu into a setup for my TV with a 3870 vidcard in it but to get back on topic here

My question to you is will the Tuniq Tower-LFB fit either board
 
Unless the store states what stepping its chips are, you usually cant tell.
