Q6600 B stepping?

I just installed my Q6600 last week and I read that the B stepping runs hot but my seems to run really cool. 22C idle & 32-33C Full load 2hrs. I only have it clocked @ 2.51GHz right now, because I still want to break it in before I get up to the 3.2+GHz. I got a Silverstone NT06-Lite w/ a Scythe 120mm Kaze fan.

Is there different types of B Q6600's?
 
does anyone know why intel came out with the b3 stepping if the q6700 is a g0 and was released at the same time?
 
Oh I get it the B3 doesn't run hotter, It just can't handle as much heat as the G0 Can. There's a huge difference in heat handling. Almost 10C's. That's fine I don't push my CPU's over 55C if I can help it anyways.

What Stepping are you running? Is it OC'd?
 
the TDP of the g0 is 95 watt while the b3 is 105 watt i think, Ihaveworms's sig says g0 stepping at 3 ghz
 
Okay I was looking @ intel's website and they say that the Q6600 Voltage is 0.85v-1.50v So does this mean that I can raise my CPU Voltage to 1.50 and be safe?
 
I'm not going to tear off my heatsink and take off all my actic silver just to check that.
 
B3 was first revision of the chip, GO is newest revision. Overall the GO SLACR cores run faster and cooler.
