Q6600 @ 95W??

Anyone know when exactly these new Q6600's rated at 95W are supposed to be coming out? I have heard end of Q3 but I would like to know with more certainty. The end of Q3 is the end of September isn't it?
 
Intel is revising the Q6600? Thats news to me. I'd think they'd create a new chip called the Q6650.

What really would be nice is if these chips coensided with the rumored July 22nd price drop.

From what I understand it will still be a Q6600 with just a reduced thermal rating from 105W to 95W.
