Ok few q's new to the mATX stuff. Ok what would be the best PCI-E x16 motherboard I could get was looking at the Jetways they seem to be to date on what I would like. Also will a 7800GTX work well in that setting as in cooling and actully fitting in the case? Thanks any help would be great.

as of right now, i think the jetway's the best (assuming you're going to overclock), but if you're not going to touch oc'ing at all, you might want to look at the foxconn motherboard because it's currently the only one based on the nforce4 chipset, it comes down to whether you want the rs480 chipset or the nf4 more, they're about the same though. so you might as well just go with the jetway.
the card should fit in there just fine, no problems, and shouldnt run hot unless ur oc'ing it or something. (this is just my assumption tho, but the box is larger than shuttles are and has good airflow)

I am personally a little sketch on the Jetway....it is not a "known" brand yet like MSI, Foxconn, and Asus to name a few. I would personally go with MSI if you don't want to overclock, however, I am not sure any of the mATX boards are that great...wait for the DFI to come out in September.

well, im waiting for the new ATI card to come out too, hopefully it'll kick the gtx's ass. or at least be equal to it? if it isn't, ATI fails, they're taking like 3 months extra for a card thats merely just as good or worse
