Q about fans over HD's

I'm running a pair of 10,000 RPM Seagate Cheetahs, and i'm wondering what the best way to cool them is. In my case, i've got 2 80mm fans that are blowing on them, and I want to know which way they should be blowing. They are facing each other, so should they both be blowing in, or one in and one out?
 
Looking at the diagram it would seem the 2 front fans are intakes and all others are designed for exhaust.
