I'm looking for a 5.25 fan controller to run 4 delta 38mm fans.

PWM control is what I'm after most here, I would like it to run off a mobo PWM header and run the fans accordingly, manual override with sliders or knobs would be great too (I may be looking for way too much here)

25-30 watt per channel

At least 4 channels

LEDs, touchscreens, gimmicks are not important, sleeker the better

Does something like this exist?
